Junior Holy Spirit

One Simple Truth
There is no junior Holy Spirit.

but Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.”

Children were brought to Jesus with the hope that He may lay his hands on them and pray for them. This means that an adult looked at a child and ascribed them value; as deserving of the ministry of the Son of God as anyone else. This also means they believed the child had capacity to receive from the Lord. We must believe this for our children too. They have the capacity to receive and execute ministry. How might it impact a child if they grew up learning to receive from the Lord and how to be used by the Lord in their school, their sport team, their church, and even their family. There is no junior Holy Spirit.

Prayer
Lord, I believe Your words. All of the gifts and blessings of the Kingdom of heaven have been granted even to children. Minister to and through my children. In Jesus name, amen.
