God wants your pain and your praise.

For my life is spent with sorrow, and my years with sighing; my strength fails because of my iniquity, and my bones waste away.
The Scriptures are true that admonish us to enter God’s gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise or to rejoice in the Lord always, but don’t think for a moment that this means we cannot bring our burdens, frustrations, and sorrows to the Lord. Scripture also encourages everyone who is weary and burdened to come to Jesus that He might give us rest or to cast our cares on Him for He cares for us. God wants your pain and your praise. Often God meets us in our deepest pain to produce our highest praise.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, You care for me. Whether I am on the highest mountain top or in the lowest valley, You are there. Thank you. In Jesus name, amen.
